We’re excited to officially open the doors to the Design + Build Collective Sydney, a new collaborative showroom located at the iconic Jones Bay Wharf in Pyrmont.
Created in partnership with Austaron Surfaces, Schweigen, EGR Decor, Unox Casa and Luxe by Design, the showroom brings together a carefully curated collection of premium products, materials and design solutions in one inspiring waterfront destination.
For us, this project has always been about creating something more than a traditional showroom.
Bringing Great Brands Together
One of the things we’re most proud of is the collaboration behind the showroom.
Each partner brings something unique to the space, creating a destination where architects, designers, builders, retailers and homeowners can discover a wide range of premium solutions under one roof.
At the Luxe by Design display, visitors can explore a selection of products from Victoria + Albert Baths, Shaws of Darwen and Shaws by Perrin & Rowe, alongside a preview of exciting new European collections that will be joining our portfolio in the near future.

A Space Designed to Inspire
When selecting products for a project, it’s often difficult to visualise how different materials, finishes and brands will work together. The Design + Build Collective was created to solve that problem.
Rather than viewing products in isolation, visitors can experience how complementary surfaces, appliances, bathroom products and design elements come together to create beautiful, cohesive spaces.
The result is a showroom that feels less like a product display and more like a real design environment—one where ideas can be explored, refined and brought to life.
Introducing Kokoon
The showroom also offers a preview of Kokoon, a new curated portfolio of premium European bathroom and wellness brands that will soon be launching in Australia.
Created to complement the Luxe by Design collection, Kokoon brings together manufacturers celebrated for their design innovation, craftsmanship and attention to detail. The first brands include Italy’s SDR Ceramiche and Idea Group, showcasing contemporary ceramic basins, luxury bathroom furniture and wellness solutions.
While the Kokoon website is currently under construction, visitors to the Design + Build Collective Sydney can experience these exciting new collections firsthand and learn more about what’s to come.
